Is the preview a photo?

No. It's a render made from the actual stitch file: every stitch, in order, in your thread colors. It's the closest look you can get before sewing, but fabric and machine still matter, so run a test stitch.

Which machines can use the files?

Any machine that reads DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 or XXX. Those are the formats read by Brother, Baby Lock, Janome, Elna, BERNINA, Husqvarna Viking, PFAFF, Singer, Tajima and most commercial multi-needle machines.

Do I need an account to try it?

Yes, a free one. Sign up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or email. Every account gets 5 free designs, no card.

Can I change the design?

Yes. Switch styles, turn the outline on or off, and change the size. Asking for changes in your own words is coming next.

What if a download fails?

The free design goes back to your account. Re-downloads of the same design are free.
